Artist Perspective: Conner Calhoun

Conner Calhoun is a 20 year old artist of many mediums such as printmaking, drawing, painting, fiber arts and many more. He is from North Carolina and currently lives in Brooklyn. In this Artist Perspective, we talk about ideology and Conner's illustrative prints being inspired by culture and how people relate to the metaphors in his compositions.

To see more of Conner's work visit:

SoapSkeptics is an art group made up of Rosie McNeill and Andrea Garcia. We are traveling across the country in August 2014 to meet with more local artists [of all mediums] and discuss
how culture and society shape the ways in which they make/view art.
